I’ve once again taken an interest in exercising what little of my second amendment right still exists in California. One may ask why when conservatives seem to be turning the tide against the woke/leftist agenda. My answer would be for that very reason – that conservatives are turning the tide against he woke/leftist agenda.
The woke leftists will not go quietly. They will not accept defeat meekly. Woke Antifa, Black Lives Matter and Hamas supporting assholes will spark riots which have heretofore have gone unanswered. I refuse to let that happen. A second Trump presidency will lead to an insurrection that will make January 6 look like tourists traveling through Washington D.C (which it actually was.)
So what kind of arsenal am I interested in building? To start, a Ruger AR15 with an 18″ barrel chambered in .223 Wylde with a secondary upper with a 20″ barrel chambered in 6.5 Grendel. Each with a minimum of 1000 rounds just to start. And yes, I know there are plenty of choices for ammunition. I just know quantity beats any other consideration to start.
What about a shotgun? Mossberg arguably makes the most accessible shotguns with superior quality. The 940 Pro Tactical looks good as far as semi-autos go but the 590s pump action accepts mini shells upping the usable capacity to 13+1 thus circumventing California’s stupid 10 round limitation. Some combination of bird shot, buck shot and slugs adding up to 1000 rounds would round things off
Hand guns are the most difficult thing to decide upon since California has their entirely unconstitutional, Second Amendment defying hand gun roster. I still think the way forward here is a .40 Beretta PX4 Storm although the 9mm would work just as well.
