Driving into work today I was listening to Armstrong and Getty<\/a> on the radio. During one of their segments they were trying to understand the concept behind NFT’s or Non-Fungible Tokens<\/a>. They struggled to understand why people are willing to spend real money on what amount to digital items that could be replicated exactly. As I listened it dawned on me that anybody in from the Millennial Generation naturally understands the value of digital assets because many of them have grown up acquiring things like that when playing MMORPG’s like Everquest<\/a> and World of Warcraft<\/a>.It’s the new form of buying sweat equity. It’s similar to how a generation ago you would have classic car builders and those who might not be able to build them or didn’t have the time but they certainly had the money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
